TRYWOOD has completed several successful built projects in the LaTrobe Valley. Quality design and construction, outstanding workmanship and thorough consultation with the client from initial brief to project delivery have given TRYWOOD a ‘Can do’ reputation throughout the La Trobe Valley.

House of Hope, Churchill Victoria.

The House of Hope (Well Street House) was an initiative of the LaTrboe City Council, the Department of Human Services, the Department of Victorian Communities, the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations and TRY Youth and community Services, which undertook the Build.
The design was the winner of the 2004 VicUrban Affordable House Competition, contributed by the architectural practice, Live Load, and was designed by Julia Lehmann and the late Quinton Duffy.

Morwell House

A social enterprise co-operative project involving TRY Youth and Community Services.   This project was completed in rapid time, due to the flat pack nature of the building’s componentry, pre-fabricated roof truss system and was then finished to an extremely high standard by TRY Youth’s skilled tradesmen.

TRYWOOD Relocatable Homes

TRYWOOD has the capability and the experience to design and build re-locatable dwellings, which are then transported all over the State of Victoria.
All dwellings are built on a steel sub frame, and are fully fitted with quality kitchen and bathroomware.
Connection to services such as power and sewerage is at the owner’s expense, following delivery.
We offer a design and drafting service, and we make to order.
